Meet Terri
Hi, I'm Terri.
I'm passionate about helping women return to the simple, life-giving rhythms God designed from the very beginning because I believe wellness doesn't begin with a diet.
It begins with knowing your worth.
For years, I thought women simply needed better health information.
Eat healthier.
Move more.
Sleep better.
Reduce toxins.
Spend time in God's creation.
While those things certainly matter, I've come to realize that information isn't what most women are missing.
Many already know what they should do.
What they're missing is believing they're worth caring for.
Somewhere along the journey, many women quietly begin putting everyone else first. Their families. Their careers. Their responsibilities. Little by little, they stop seeing themselves the way God sees them.
That is why I teach Biblical Wellness.
Not as another health program, but as an invitation to honor God by stewarding the incredible body He has entrusted to us.
For the past sixteen years, I've also worked as a Medicare insurance consultant. That experience has given me a front-row seat to the challenges facing today's healthcare system and has deepened my conviction that we need to become thoughtful advocates for our own health while working alongside trusted medical professionals when needed.
My own journey through nearly twenty years of menopausal symptoms led me to search Scripture with fresh eyes. I began discovering that God's Word doesn't only nourish our souls. It also reveals timeless rhythms that support our bodies: light, rest, nourishing foods, movement, prayer, gratitude, and time in His creation.
Those discoveries changed the way I think about wellness.
Today, I love encouraging women to replace confusion with confidence by returning to God's design—one simple rhythm at a time.
When I'm not teaching or creating resources, you'll usually find me walking with our sweet dog, Daisy, experimenting with healthy recipes, hiking with my husband, or spending time with our two grown sons and their families. Those moments remind me that vibrant health isn't about perfection; it's about having the strength and energy to fully embrace the people God has placed in our lives.
My faith is the foundation of everything I do.
Each morning begins with prayer and the Rosary, a practice that carried me through one of the most difficult seasons of my life and continues to fill my heart with peace. That love eventually led me to become a Certified SoulCore Instructor, where prayer is beautifully combined with movement to strengthen both body and soul.
My prayer is simple:
That every woman who visits this space will begin to see herself as God sees her—not as a project to fix, but as a beloved daughter entrusted with a beautiful gift.
Because when your identity changes, caring for your health no longer feels like another obligation.
It becomes an act of gratitude.
I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you discover the joy of living with greater vitality while keeping Christ at the center of it all.
