Have you ever heard of Oxidative Stress❓


Oxidative Stress is an imbalance between free radicals and antioxidants in your body. It's very much like peeling an apple, letting it sit out on the counter, and watching it get brown. The same thing happens to your body when it is has an imbalance of oxidative stress.


How would you know if you have an imbalance?

Here are 8 signs of an imbalance of HIGH Oxidative Stress:



1. Fatigue, not feeling rested when wake, constantly tired, slump in the afternoon.


2. Brain fog 🌁, memory loss, forgetfulness


3. Muscle or joint pain and inflammation


4. Aging signs, significant wrinkles and grey hair


5. Poor eyesight 👀 that is diminishing continuously


6. Headaches and sensitivity to noise


7. Immunity is low, sick regularly


8. You have almost any type of disease


Unfortunately- almost everyone has too high of oxidative stress just by LIVING in today’s world.
