Research led me here; Scripture kept me here

I'll be honest.

When I first heard people talking about Activation, I was skeptical.

Some of the stories sounded almost too good to be true.

Maybe you've felt that way before.

I wasn't interested in chasing another wellness trend, and I certainly wasn't going to make a decision based on someone else's excitement alone.

So I did what I've always encouraged others to do.

I started asking questions.

I read the research.

I wanted to understand what the studies actually said rather than relying on headlines or testimonials.

The more I learned, the more intrigued I became.

I decided it was worth trying as one small way to support the body God had given me.

But something unexpected happened along the way.

As I continued spending time in Scripture, I found myself reading familiar passages with fresh eyes.

Genesis reminded me of God's intentional design in creation.

First Corinthians reminded me that my body is a temple of the Holy Spirit.

Suddenly, wellness wasn't just about information.

It became an opportunity for stewardship.

I'm grateful for research. Good research helps us ask better questions and make more informed decisions.

But my deepest confidence doesn't come from a study.

It comes from knowing that God is the Author of wisdom.

Research may have sparked my curiosity.

Scripture strengthened my conviction.

Today, when I make choices about my health whether it's nourishing food, movement, rest, prayer, or using an activator made from five herbs, I try to filter those choices through one question:

Does this help me faithfully care for the body God has entrusted to me?

I don't have all the answers, and I'm still learning every day.

But I've discovered that biblical wellness isn't about following every new trend.

It's about seeking wisdom, staying teachable, and allowing God's Word to shape the way we live.

For me, that's where true wellness begins.

If you are curious about what Scripture says about your well-being, reach out. I'd love to walk you through the wisdom that God created from the very beginning.
