It’s easy to think:


“Maybe I’m not doing enough.”

But what if that’s not true?


What if the problem isn’t that you’re not doing enough…but that you’ve been told to do too much?

More has become exhausting.


More information.


More rules.


More pressure.


And instead of feeling empowered, you feel overwhelmed.


Because your body was never designed to thrive under constant pressure.

God created your body with rhythms.
